an imaginary freind could mostly be described as a sickness that has been detected.Some people have imaginary freind because they have their selftsteem low to make real freinds or they just create an imaginary freind that they could controll them as how they want and they will ALWAYS hear what they like .sometimes people think that having an imaginary freind is kind of dumm and crazy but what they dont understand is the reason of creating one is that they could feel so lonely that they caint talk to a real person aNd the only people that will payattention or not judge you will be imaginary freinds.
